He is survived by: his parents, Tami Hendrix and Larry Fox; his siblings, Kacee Fox, Jessee Addington and Tara Weissenberger; his grandfather Charles 'Ed Clark; and his uncle DeDe. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other family & friends.
