With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roy Weldy of Nappanee, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Roy left this world on February 1, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Weldy and Marion Weldy (Schrock); his daughter Myrna Weldy; his son-in-law Roy Frank; and his sisters, Dorothy Weldy and Doris Walters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Greiner (Dane Wilkins) of Goshen, Debra Frank of Goshen and Paula Mann (Leroy) of Goshen; his stepsons, Ty Martin (Jennifer) of Nappanee and Timothy Martin (Hope) of Nappanee; and his brothers, Harold Weldy (Arla), Dale Weldy (Mary Lou) and Wade Weldy (Janice). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nappanee Missionary Church (70417 IN-19, Nappanee, IN 46550).
