We bid farewell to Phillip L. Chrisman of Nappanee, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Phillip touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Phillip leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Phillip may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Chrisman and Cleota Chrisman (Hite); and his brother Nolan "Butch" Chrisman. He is survived by: his wife Judy Chrisman of Nappanee; his children, Steven Chrisman of Wakarusa and Cathy Chrisman of Nappanee; his grandson Josh Chrisman of Wakarusa; his brother Gary Chrisman (Caroline) of Shipshewana; and his sister-in-law Karen Roudebush of Angola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home (950 N Main St, Nappanee, IN 46550). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Phil's name can be given to Tunnels to Towers.
