He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Glen and Hazel Swihart (Thomas); his grandson Joseph Slabaugh; and his siblings, Marsha Kitts, James and Lewis Swihart.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wiseman; his sons, Tony Swihart (Valerie), Roger Swihart and Glen Swihart; his siblings, Gloria Cleveland (Jan) and Jerry Swihart (Connie); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Swihart, Deb Swihart and L. C. Kitts.
