He was predeceased by: his siblings, Perry Lynn Borkholder and Cynthia Kaye Borkholder; and his grandparents, Roman Borkholder, Bertha Borkholder and Perry E. Yoder.
He is survived by: his parents, John Borkholder and Susan Borkholder; his brothers, Glen Borkholder and Adam Borkholder (Alma); his nieces, Miranda Borkholder and Kailey Borkholder; his nephew Timothy Borkholder of Nappanee; and his grandmother Anna Mae Yoder.
