It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levi R. Slabaugh (Nappanee, Indiana), born in Bremen, Indiana, who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Irene Slabaugh. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond L. Slabaugh and Linda Slabaugh (Hochstetler); and his siblings, Earl Slabaugh (Katherine) of Bremen, Lisle Slabaugh of Bremen, Delbert Slabaugh (Charlene), Glen Slabaugh (Esther), Lovina Mast (Richard) of Nappanee, Mary Hochstetler (Stephen) of Nappanee, Rachel Miller (John) of Nappanee and Laura Yoder (Edwin C.). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, private family services will be held with burial at Weldy Cemetery.
