He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Slabach and Amelia Slabach (Graber); and his siblings, Daniel Slabach Jr. and Betty Miller. He is survived by: his children, Phil Slabach (Diane) of Nappanee, Brian Slabach of Goshen, Marcia Hooley (Steve) of Lagrange, IN and Karen Cender (Norman) of Elkhart, IN; and his siblings, Martha Weirich of Goshen, Fannie Melton (Richard) of Goshen, Ruby Hochstedler of Goshen, Jean Mattison of Elkhart, Fran Bingaman of Elkhart and Merv Slabach (Carol) of Goshen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Leroy's name can be given to the Living Gospel Church Building Fund.
