Though Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter and McDonald (Norrad) of Tennessee; her granddaughter Katheryn Stewart; and her sister Donna Letner. She is survived by: her husband Larry Newcomer of Nappanee; her daughter Kellie Duran (Ray) of Bristol, IN; her stepchildren, Kelly Kronemeyer (Jeff) of Elkhart, IN, Sherry Taylor of Athens, MI, Alvin Taylor (Dorothy) of Athens, MI and Lee Taylor of Athens, MI; and her sisters, Geneen Boker of Royal Oak, MI and Joyce Thurston of Battle Creek, MI.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
