He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul N. Noffsinger and Mildred Noffsinger (Throne); his sister Jean Krehbiel; and his nephew Timothy Krehbiel. He is survived by: his wife Donna Noble; his son James Paul Noffsinger Jr.; his grandchildren, Crystal Lorraine Hackler and Ethan Folker; his great grandchild David A. Cybulski-Hackler; and his nephews, Michael and John Krehbiel.
