He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Powell of Vandalia, MI, Shelly Powell of Elkhart, IN and Darcy McPheters (Paul) of Nappanee, IN; and his brother Ronny Powell (Patty) of Elkhart. He is also survived by many step children and step grandchildren.
