He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Schrock (Rodney) of Goshen and Staci Goss (Kevin) of Nappanee; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Breanna, Kira, Collin and Bella; his siblings, Valia West of Auburn and Victor Makximenko (Betsey) of Bedford; his mother Maria Makximenko (Honcharenko) of Goshen; and his former wife Nancy Smith (Pressler) of Goshen.
