He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur D Kapp and Ruth B Kapp Sr. (Waldrop); his son Mark Kapp; his granddaughter Katlyne Kapp; and his siblings, Arthur D. Kapp Jr. and Marilyn Huey.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, Wendy Lawrence (Charles), Tabatha Wichman-Kapp, Teria Prestarri (Mike), Toni Dorsey (Reese) and Ben Kapp (Rachel Ling). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
