He is survived by: his children, Bernice Wimberly, Alma Moyer (Rick), Julie Kaufman (Keith), Leland Slabaugh (Diane) of New Castle, IN, Harlan Slabaugh (Jessica) of Indianapolis, Titus Slabaugh of Indianapolis and Nathan Slabaugh of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Glen Slabaugh (Enid) of Nappanee, Larry Slabaugh (Katie) of Nappanee, Dale Slabaugh (Ina) of Nappanee, Erma Troyer (Loren), Mary Ellen Beachy (Joni) and Kay Schertz (Dale). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
