He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sr. Keim and Mary Keim (Ingle); his wife Janet Rose Deter; and his brother Edward Keim. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Hill (Jim), Brenda Schmucker (Randy) and Annette Slabaugh (Dan); his grandchildren, Robert Keim (Tina), Chris Keim, Jesse Schmucker (Sam), Brooke Ward, Amy Slabaugh, Dannyjo Slabaugh, Amber Slabaugh, Alex Keim (Gianna), Timothy Keim (Jenna) and Christian Pfeiffer; and his sister Patricia Leichtman (Dave).
Memorial contributions in Alfred's name can be given to Nappanee Son's of American Legion Post 154 or Heart to Heart Hospice.
