He is survived by: his parents, Brian Earls and Lisa Johnston; his grandmother Laurie Earls; his brothers, Ken Earls and Brayden Johnston; his uncle Adam Earls; and his aunts, Ashley Earls and Jessica Matson.
He was a graduate of the Light Foundation.
