He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kruk and Julia Kruk. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kruk; his daughter Nicole Case (Michael); his grandsons, Skyler and Greyson Case; and his sister Nancy O'Drobinak (Joseph). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
