She is survived by: her sisters, Karen Joyce (Terrence Joyce) and Lynn Ogle (Richard Ogle); her husband J. Dan Lazar; her children, JD Lazar of Hammond, IN and Dana Stewart (Trent Stewart) of Indianapolis, IN.; and her grandson Landon Stewart.
