Robert A. Knutson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert A. Knutson of Munster, Indiana, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Knutson and Linnea Knutson; and his brothers, Roland Jr. "Knute" and William. He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie; his children, Kathleen Ryan (Bob) of Indianapolis, IN, Beth Wood (Dennis) of Highland, IN, Colleen (Lisa Rudloff) of Carlsbad, CA, Pat (Karin) of Nashville, TN and Mike (Michelle) of Indianapolis, IN; his granddaughter Melissa Orban (Chris); and his children, Chris Ryan (Kelly), Scott Ryan (Laura) of Sarasota, FL, Kate DuPre (Jake), Cara Batliner (Peter), Kelsey Shutts (James), Benton Wood (Natalie), Logan Knutson, Emma Knutson, Eric Wood (Kate) of Indianapolis, IN, Riley Knutson, Emily Knutson, Lindsay Knutson, Erin Knutson and Caoimhe Knutson. He is also survived by the love of his life and his best friend of over 75 years, plus seven children, fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
