He was predeceased by: his wife Rita; his parents, Walter Saunders and Frances Saunders; his siblings, Jean Marie and Walter Saunders (Bud); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Balcerak (Raymond).
He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Yothment (Jerry) and Rose Saunders; his grandchildren, Meagan Yothment and Christopher Yothment (Allison); and his sister-in-law Margaret Saunders. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM. A prayer will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Kish Funeral Home (10000 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A Mass will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Cemetery Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
