He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gross and Paula Gross; his siblings, Joseph Gross (Anita) and Rosemary Barrett; his nephew David Gross; his great-nephews, Jordan Miller and Matthew Moreland; and his cousin Eleanor Marvel.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael "Mickey" Gross (Lisa) and John Gross (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Zack Colley, Rachel Kirby (Orion) and Eric Brown; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Molly, Jace, Orion and Carter Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Barrett and Leona Gross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
