Raymond W. Suchanuk Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond W. Suchanuk of Munster, Indiana, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Suchanuk and Stella Suchanuk; his granddaughter Molley Lanham; and his siblings, Sophie Waite (John), Betty Sudovich (Steve), Robert Suchanuk (Virginia), Ronald Suchanuk (Rudene) and Richard Suchanuk.

He is survived by: his wife Leilani; his children, Nikki Companiott (Chris) and Patrick Lanham; his grandchildren, Lauren Lanham, Lindsey Lanham, Dominic Companiott and Aidan Companiott; his sister-in-law Candice Sahm (Russell); his cousin Roberta Nicksich; and his nieces and nephews, Patricia Avalon, Sharon Stiglich (Mike), Beth Ann Weaver (Ronald), Michelle Sudovich, Mike Winarski (Vickie) and Carmen Suchanuk. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the LaHayne Funeral Home (6955 Southeastern Ave, Hammond, IN 46324).
