He was predeceased by: his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Tony Ramirez (Libby), Chuck Ramirez (Robin), Elizabeth Ramirez, David Ramirez (Colleen) and Mary McGuire (Timothy); his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Lisa, Carson, Ryan, Darryl Jr., Sarah and Craig; his great grandchildren, Mila, Emma, Reese, Riley, Amelia and Xander; and his brother Richard Ramirez (Diane).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kish Funeral Home (10000 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A prayer was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and at 4:30 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calumet Park Cemetery (2305 W 73rd Ave, Merrillville, IN 46410).
