It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Banaski of Munster, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Banaski and Estelle Banaski; and her siblings, Richard, Joseph, James Banaski, Barbara Bobrowski and Laura Kimmel.

She is survived by: her sister Antoinette Hood (Robin); her close friend Mary Kammerer; and her pet Joey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
