It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorrayne L. Schmock of Munster, Indiana, who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lorrayne had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lorrayne may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lesniak and Victoria Lesniak; and her sister Lois. She is survived by: her husband Lester G. Schmock; her sons, Lester L. Schmock and Larry Schmock (Dawn); and her granddaughter Chelsey Rayne.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
