She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Hayes and Robert Hayes; and her siblings, Evelyn Haskell and James Hayes. She is survived by: her daughters, Kari Lanham (Dale) and Sarah Amrine (Adam); her grandchildren, Christopher Wall, Jeremy Wall (Courtney), Meg Lanham, Aidan Amrine, Sean Amrine, Brendan Amrine and Connor Amrine; her great grandchild Riley Wall; and her niece Christina Grabowski (Stephan).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her favorite charity St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
