He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peerbolte and Jewel Peerbolte; his daughter Brenda Peerbolte; his daughter-in-law Cathy Peerbolte; his sibling Gene Peerbolte (Karen); and his brother-in-law Hank Van Dyke (late Nikki).
He is survived by: his wife Ida M. Peerbolte; his children, Linda Herman (Rick), John Peerbolte (Lorraine) and Leanne Heiniger (Jon); his grandchildren, Rick (Jen), Tom, Dave Herman, Kristina Buhle (Marvin), J. P., Catrien Peerbolte, Rachael Moore (Kyle), Jack Heiniger (Aimee) and Nicole Howard (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Leah Herman, Annie, Ruby, Winston Moore, Harry Heiniger and Stella Buhle; his siblings, Don Peerbolte (Georgeanne), Judy Staat (Bill) and Dave Peerbolte (Toni); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Van Dyke (Carol), Cora Moake (late Dave) and Donna Fledderjohann (late Dave).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
