He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Mayer and Margaret Mayer; and his brother Dan Mayer. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Chris Mayer (Christina Wagner) and Jason Mayer (Jo); and his grandchildren, Alice and Henry Mayer.
