He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Olthoff; his children, Anne DeYoung (Barry), Tim Olthoff (Kathy), Steve Olthoff (Diane), Linda Olthoff and Mary Lynn Vander Ploeg (Mike); his grandchildren, Dan DeYoung (Katie), Andrew DeYoung, Lindsay Zito (Frank), Emma Kortokrax (Kalee) of Kari DeYoung, TJ, Katie Larson (Josh), Stephanie Turco (Zack), Brittany Reedy (Jimmy), John Olthoff, Ben Vander Ploeg, Maddy Vander Ploeg and Evan Vander Ploeg; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Brendan, Ally DeYoung, Josiah, Adalyn Larson, Phoenix, Sailor, Koa Reedy, Thea Olthoff and Millie Zito.
