She was predeceased by: her parents, Primitivo Vela and Petra Vela; her sons, John "Corky" Ramos (Lydia) and Gregory Ramos (Ileana); and her sisters, Margarite Ramirez (Ramon), Alicia Vela (Frank), Aurora Gomez (Juan), Agnes Espitia (Joseph) and Linda Casas (Jose).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicole Mika (Daniel), Gregory Ramos (Maria), Michael Ramos (Marianna) and Renee Ramos Figueroa (late Orlando); her great grandchildren, Joshua Valdivia, Madison Mika, Gregory Ramos, Jake Figueroa, Olivia Figueroa, Julia Figueroa, Michael Ramos, Anthony Ramos and Brandon Ramos; and her niece Monica Rosario. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members.
