She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Makowski; her sister Lucille LaPaglia (Nee Ferruzza); and her parents, Michael Ferruzza and Rose Ferruzza (Nee DiLuigi). She is survived by: her daughter Rosemary (Timothy); her brothers, Joseph Ferruzza and Jim Ferruzza (Ty); her grandchildren, Melody Joaquin (Travis) and Adam Hinkel; and her great grandchildren, Araiah Joaquin and Axel Joaquin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burns Kish Funeral Homes & Cremations - Munster (8415 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321).
