He is survived by: his children, Tod Florek (Erlinda) of Munster, Kathy Boyan (Greg) of Munster and Neil (Phyllis) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Kenneth Florek (Allison) of Crown Point, Jeffrey Florek, MD (Jordan) of West Lafayette, IN, Lauren Florek of Boston, MA, Ashley McGuire (Tyson) of Martinez, CA, Matthew Boyan of Austin, TX, Heather Friesen (Isaac) of Redondo Beach, CA, Nelson and Anders Florek of Dayton; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Tyler, Calvin Florek and Charli McGuire.
