He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Gail Kostra. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Lynn Kuehne; and his grandchildren, Craig Kuehne (Kristy) and Katie Freed (Sean). He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
