She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Dominik; her siblings, Sophie Pataky, Catherine Desatnik, Edward Dobrowalski, Helen Mackoviak (late Ted), Minnie Ledwon (late Leo), Ann Mierzwa (late Frank) and Victoria Kolbert (late Edward); and her siblings-in-law, Sophie Hapak (late Joseph), Joseph Dominik (Mary), Marie Hruskocy (late Joseph), Anne Radde (late Herman) and Johnny Dominik (Pearl).

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Dominik (Linda), Colleen Schultz (Randy), Mike Dominik (Jeanne), Susan and Chester; her grandchildren, Eric Dominik, Jeremy Dominik, Kenneth Schultz, Kristin Kuszak (Adam), Kerry Boatright (Drew), Mark Dominik and Daniel Dominik (Holly); her great grandchildren, Keira, Peter Kuszak and Olivia Boatright; and her siblings-in-law, Rev. Stanley Dominik, Irene Matz (late Matthew) and Pearl Dominik (late John). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
