She was predeceased by: her parents, Birch Wagely and Zurah Wagely; her husband Fay Guinn; her son Dale Guinn; her siblings, Bobby Wagley, Lois Klienmeyr and Margaret Lauderback; and her granddaughter Sarah Isom.

She is survived by: her children, Dixie Balsley, Connie Isom, James Guinn and Perry Guinn; her sister Beverley Daughenbaugh; and her grandchildren, Amy, Heidi, Molly Balsley, Chris Isom, Jeff, Justine, Jessica and Kara Guinn. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
