Donna Marie Balash Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2025, at the age of 57, Donna Marie Balash (Munster, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Donna Marie has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her father Donald M. Balash. She is survived by: her husband Dave Ivers; her stepchildren, Jamie Ivers (Monica) and Jenna Mercurio (Tony); her mother Andee Balash; her brothers, Michael Balash (Jenny) and Daniel Balash (Katelyn); and her pet Joey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Donna's name to Humane Indiana, PAWS or the William J. Riley Residence (Hospice of the Calumet).
