He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sheaks (Cleta) and Patricia Pate (Wendell); and his siblings, Dennis, Darryl and Debbie.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle (Dustin), Kristi (David), Carrie (Matthew), Brittney (Blake) and Kyle (Monika); his grandchildren, Angelo, Braydon, Bryce, Ashlynn, Mia, Brendon, Tyson, Meadow, Lisa, Ron, Shane and Aubrey; his siblings, Dave (Vickie) and Denise; and the mother of his children Darah.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for contributions to help cover expenses.
