She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Keilman and Glenna Keilman; her sisters, Diane Balucki, Denise Engle and Dawn Flint; and her brothers-in-law, Mark Balucki and Bill Engle.

She is survived by: her husband Mark Hajduk Sr.; her children, Mark Hajduk Jr. (Tammy), Phillip Hajduk (Tina), James Hajduk (Charity) and Bonnie Hajduk (Noel); her brother David Keilman (Cindy); her brother-in-law John Flint; and her grandson James Dale Hajduk Jr. (JD). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
