She was predeceased by: her siblings, Carlota Mangay and Adoracion De Los Reyes; her parents, Dr. Jacobo Sr. Castor and Abundia Castor; and her brother Sonny.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen J. Gunty; her children, Miles C. Gunty (Jane) and Sydney J. Peña (Christian); her grandchildren, Eden V. Peña and Ezra J. Peña; and her siblings, Dr. Conrado Castor (Ester Mangahas), Eduardo Castor (Teresita Santos), Leandro, Marc Castor (Teresita Amoyo), Johnny Castor, Christina Castor, Aurea Duncan (Dan) and Jacob Castor, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
