He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaella Carnavacciolo and Genaro Carnavacciolo; and his siblings, Mary, Nancy, Carol and Sam.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deana Blakeslee (late Larry) and Cheryl Lee (Robert); his grandchildren, Carrie Hanford, Kelly Blakeslee, Stephanie Abraham (Craig) and Corey Lee; and his great grandchild Addison Hanford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
