He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Carlson and Mina Carlson; his wife Miriam; his sister Bonnie; and his brother-in-law Art.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce, Barbara (David) and Sharon (Jim); and his granddaughters, Jennie, Sarah and Jaclyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
