He was predeceased by: his mother Vonda Collins; and his niece Kirstin Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Collins (Mills); his daughters, Maacah Lambert (Paul) and Erin Standafar (Allen); his grandchildren, Katen Lambert, Xander Lambert, Bailey Tyler, Halo Standafar, Sierra Standafar, Sienna Standafar and Ruger Standafar; and his sister-in-law Candy Dodd (Brian).
