He was predeceased by: his parents, William Batt and Twilla Batt (Cannaday); and his siblings, Joseph Eugene, Beverly Jean and Wilbur Jean Batt.
He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Batt, Anderson and Dustin Ray Batt of Indianapolis; his siblings, Sandra Kay Wheat, Middletown Cole, Pamela Sue Cole (Wesley) and Danny Michael Batt (Jerilyn); and his sister-in-law Karen Batt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
