She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph A. and Mary E. Smith (Wilson); her spouse Cletus Malcolm Goens; and her siblings, Elbert Smith, John W. Smith, Ralph Smith, Jr., Freida Smith-Goens, Selma Smith-Vital, Marilyn Smith and Lovie Smith-Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Debra L. Goens of Muncie and Cletus M. Goens, II (Matt Wire) of Fort Wayne; and her pets, Sebastian, Tatianna, Toby and Saskia.
