He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Doyle Swanger and F. William Swanger. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Stacy Swanger Morton and Scott W. Swanger (Blythe); his grandsons, William Morton and James Swanger; his sisters, Sally Callahan (Greg), Susan Handy (Mark) and Marcia Wilson (Mike); and his stepson Greg Marlett.
