Stacey J. Bouse Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, at the age of 45, Stacey J. Bouse of Muncie, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stacey J. Bouse to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Smith (Suroviak); her aunt Terri Nern; and her uncle Darren Suroviak. She is survived by: her father Paul Smith (Janet); her husband Adam Bouse; her sons, Jack, Graham and Cole Bouse; her brother Jeff Smith (Stephanie); and her grandmother Suroviak.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Commonway Church (201 E Charles St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
