He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Gregory and Dova Gregory (Koger); his son Jeffery Dean Gregory; and his siblings, Ancil Gregory, Lana Moore, Lindell Gregory and James Gregory.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Gregory; his daughters, Lori Adkins, Wendy Owens (Chris) and Amy Crabtree; his grandchildren, Jamie Winkler (Dale) and Kenneth Gregory (Adrienne); his great grandchildren, Andrew Cole and Makenley Grace; and his siblings, Johnny Gregory, Ethal Wright and Helen Anderson.
