He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Mathew and Pat Mathew; his brother Tom Mathew; and his nephew Cody Morgan. He is survived by: his sisters, Sue Morgan (Tom) and Janet Penix (Randy); and his sister-in-law Sabrina Mathew. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
