It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Livingston of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Livingston to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cougill and Zelma Cougill (Ullom); and her siblings, Mary Lou Walker and Howard Cougill. She is survived by: her husband Edward H. Livingston; her sons, Todd Livingston and Troy Livingston S. C. (Katheryn); and her sisters-in-law, Janet Peirson (Jerry), Wanda Hider (Al), Marjorie Smith (Randy), Betty Cougill and Jerry Cougill. She is also survived by Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
