He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ratliff and Eva Ratliff (Greenwalt); his former wife Lynda Ratliff (Shreves); his son Daniel Ratliff; his daughter-in-law Lisa Ratliff; and his brother Wilbur Ratliff.
He is survived by: his spouse Harriet Ratliff (Hanlin); his children, Robert Anacker, Deborah Ratliff, Karen Lowry (Bill) and Sherry Circle (Chuck); and his siblings, Artie Ratliff (Gayle) and Brenda Johnson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
