He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brown and Thelma Brown (Hyde); his son Joshua Syphers; and his siblings, Dale Brown, Peggy, Gatis, Tiller Miller and Judy Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Mark, Jason (Tina), Neal (Autumn) and Sean Brown; his stepchildren, Michael, Andy Pryor (Tina), Heather Meadows (Jack) and Jeremiah Syphers (Rachel); his siblings, Raymond Brown (Carol) and Gloria Oesch; and his close friends, Penny, Jourcie and Lincoln. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
